Meet Dr. Alan Simmons
Dr. Alan Simmons is a native Houstonian. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended the University of Texas at Houston School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He went on to earn his doctorate in Endodontics at the LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Simmons chose to specialize in Endodontics because he enjoyed performing root canals and providing relief to patients who are in pain. Prior to going into the field of Endodontics, he practiced for 13 years as a General Dentist, which allowed him to build a strong foundation in the field of dentistry.
In his free time, Dr. Simmons enjoys watching sports and traveling with his wife and 3 children.
